The Exclusive Engineering Programme, now in its third edition, is a structured graduate trainee initiative building practical manufacturing and industrial experience, with focus areas in manufacturing, production, and health, safety and environment. It's open to B.Eng, B.Tech and HND holders in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil or related engineering, aged 27 or under, with NYSC completed and up to two years of relevant experience in a manufacturing, production or plant environment. About the role
The Exclusive Engineering Programme (TEEP) is FMN's structured graduate trainee initiative for young engineering talent, designed to build practical manufacturing and industrial experience and develop graduate engineers into future operational leaders. Trainees work on real projects across manufacturing, production, and health, safety and environment.

What we're looking for
- B.Eng, B.Tech or HND in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil or related engineering
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing, production or plant environment
- NYSC completed
- Not more than 27 years old
- Relevant professional qualifications or certifications are an advantage
