About the role
The Project Intern supports a state programme team in Ekiti, reporting to the programme Associate and working closely with the State Coordinator and Analyst. The role covers programme implementation support, monitoring and activity tracking, data and information management, stakeholder and meeting support, documentation and reporting, and administrative and logistical work for trainings, workshops and field activities.
What you'll do
- Support coordination of trainings, workshops, meetings and field activities
- Maintain programme trackers and flag delays or missing information
- Collect, enter and check programme data, and prepare simple summaries and charts
- Document meetings, decisions and action points with government and partners
- Provide administrative and logistical support for programme activities
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Sciences, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Economics, Statistics, Management or a related field
- NYSC completed
- Strong organisation, record-keeping and written communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- NGO, public health or field experience, and familiarity with KoboCollect, ODK or SurveyCTO, are advantages
