About the role
TICT's Graduate Trainee Programme is designed for high-potential Electrical and Mechanical Engineering graduates who can learn quickly in a fast-paced technical environment. Trainees develop technical and operational capability within the terminal and contribute to operational efficiency and continuous improvement. The programme values strong academic performance, sound technical aptitude, quick and innovative thinking, and demonstrated skills beyond the degree — particularly in Excel, AI tools, data analysis and digital applications.
What you'll do
- Complete structured technical training within terminal operations
- Apply electrical or mechanical engineering knowledge to operational challenges
- Contribute to operational efficiency and continuous improvement
- Use digital tools, Excel and data analysis in day-to-day technical work
- Work within a safety-focused operational environment
What we're looking for
- HND or bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum Second Class Upper (2:1) or Upper Credit
- Not more than 28 years old
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant digital tools; AI tools and data analysis are an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
