About the role
The Sales Graduate Trainee joins Sixthlab's sales team and receives practical training in medical diagnostics and equipment sales. The role supports customer engagement and business development — identifying prospects, following up enquiries, preparing quotations and proposals, and promoting the company's medical equipment, reagents and related products. Trainees take part in structured product and sales training, work toward assigned sales and customer acquisition targets, and can progress into a permanent sales or business development role based on performance.
What you'll do
- Identify and follow up with prospective customers alongside the sales team
- Engage customers by phone, WhatsApp, email and physical visits
- Prepare quotations, proposals and sales documentation, and keep CRM records accurate
- Promote medical equipment, reagents and related products, and support market research
- Work toward assigned sales and customer acquisition targets
What we're looking for
- B.Sc or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Biological Sciences, Medical Laboratory Science, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering or a related field
- Fresh graduate or post-NYSC, with 0–1 year experience
- Strong interest in sales, business development and customer relationships
- Good communication skills and basic Microsoft Office proficiency
- Willingness to travel for customer visits
