About the role
The 2026 Pan-African Graduate Trainee Programme is a strategic talent development initiative aimed at identifying high-potential graduates across Africa and equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and experience required to become future leaders within the banking industry. Successful applicants undergo structured training, gain exposure to diverse banking functions, and benefit from mentorship by experienced banking professionals. The programme is currently open across Nigeria, Ghana, Gambia, Guinea, Senegal, Sierra Leone, and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Candidates select their preferred country during the application process.
What you'll do
- Complete structured graduate training across core banking functions

What we're looking for
- Bachelor's Degree (minimum Second Class Lower Division) or HND (minimum Upper Credit) in any discipline
- Maximum age of 27 by June 30, 2026
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme by June 30, 2026
- Minimum five credits in Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (SSCE), including English Language and Mathematics
- Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Teamwork orientation and willingness to learn
- Eligibility to work in Nigeria
