About the role
The 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme is a structured development pathway providing practical industry exposure, mentorship, and professional development across five rotation specialisations: Tendering & Bid Management — supporting bid preparation, tender documentation, and commercial proposals for major energy projects. Business Development — supporting client relationships, market analysis, and growth strategy across the energy services portfolio. Contract Administration — supporting contract documentation, compliance, and commercial operations. Procurement Support — supporting sourcing, vendor management, and supply chain operations. Oil & Gas Services — supporting operational service delivery across the company's industry engagements. Successful trainees gain hands-on exposure to major Oil & Gas and Energy projects, professional mentoring, and the opportunity for permanent employment based on performance.
What you'll do
- Complete structured training across the chosen rotation specialisation
- Support commercial and operational functions across major Oil & Gas projects
- Develop industry expertise in tendering, business development, or commercial operations

What we're looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Project Management, Procurement & Supply Chain, Industrial Relations, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- NYSC Completion or Exemption Certificate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills
- Willingness to work in Port Harcourt, Rivers State
