About the role
The Graduate Analyst Programme (GAP) is a 12-month structured opportunity designed for outstanding graduates and early-career professionals interested in strategy consulting. Participants — known as Business Analysts — work in case teams alongside experienced BCG consultants, delivering exceptional value to clients across multiple industries. High-performing analysts may be offered a full-time Associate position with BCG at the end of the GAP year.
What you'll do
- Work in case teams to solve high-impact business challenges for BCG's clients
- Conduct quantitative analysis, market research, and financial modeling
- Build and present recommendations to client leadership teams
- Collaborate with senior consultants, project leaders, and partners across BCG's global network
- Develop deep expertise across industries by rotating through different client engagements
- Participate in best-in-class training and structured professional development
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited Nigerian university at Second Class Upper (2:1) or above
- Completed bachelor's degree within 2.5 years of application
- NYSC status: completed, currently serving, or about to be called up (all welcome)
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving ability
- Open to applicants from a wide range of industries and academic backgrounds
- Must indicate Lagos as first office preference and "Business Analyst" as the role
