Why we featured this role

BCG is one of the world's top three management consulting firms — the famous "MBB" alongside McKinsey and Bain. The Graduate Analyst Programme is BCG's flagship pipeline for outstanding graduates in Nigeria — a 12-month launchpad with elite training, real client work, and a clear pathway to becoming a full-time Associate. What makes this exceptional for the CorperCareer audience: BCG accepts current corpers, graduates about to start NYSC, AND those already passed out. Rare flexibility from a top-tier global employer. Application is rolling — no deadline pressure.
