About the role
The Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) Programme is AB InBev's flagship leadership development pipeline, with over 30 years of history and more than 2,300 graduate hires globally. The 10-month rotational programme is designed to groom future business leaders through hands-on, immersive experience across the company's three strategic pillars: Lead and Grow the Category, Digitize and Monetize the Ecosystem, and Optimize the Business. Successful candidates rotate through front-line roles in Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics, working on critical business projects in both field-office and brewery settings. Upon successful programme completion, trainees are placed in full-time positions, typically in Sales or Supply Chain teams, with continued career progression managed by the People Continuity and Talent Management teams. The programme is positioned as a launchpad for a long-term career in a global FMCG company.
What you'll do
- Complete a 10-month rotational programme across Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics
- Work on critical business projects in field-office and brewery settings

What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum Second Class Lower (2:2) classification
- Maximum of 2 years of full-time professional work experience (internships and student jobs do not count)
- Must have completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme
- Full Nigerian work authorisation
- Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to relocate within Nigeria during the programme
- Ownership mindset, problem-solving orientation, ability to work with speed and collaboration
- Interest in a multi-functional career and willingness to develop new skill sets
